Application identification: This Privacy Policy applies to the Your Pocket Soul Coach mobile application and related services operated by NextWave Developers.
1. Information We Collect
Your Pocket Soul Coach may collect information you provide when creating or using an account, information you submit while using the Application, and technical information automatically collected during use.
Name and email address associated with your account.
Authentication and account information needed to provide sign-in and account features.
Messages, journal entries, mood check-ins, preferences, and other content you choose to submit.
Device or Internet Protocol (IP) address.
Mobile operating system and related technical information.
Application screens/pages visited, dates and times of use, and time spent using the Application.
Crash and diagnostic information where supported third-party services are enabled.
2. How We Use Information
Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure user accounts.
Provide conversational coaching, AI features, mood tracking, journaling, progress, and related functionality.
Personalize features and responses based on information you choose to provide.
Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Application.
Provide customer support and respond to privacy or deletion requests.
Send essential service communications and, where legally permitted and appropriately consented to, marketing communications.
Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect the security of the Application and users.
3. Artificial Intelligence
The Application uses artificial intelligence technologies to provide conversational coaching and related personalized features. Information you submit to AI-enabled features may be processed to generate responses, recommendations, reflections, or other requested functionality.
Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information that is not necessary to use the Application. AI-generated responses are for general wellness, reflection, personal growth, and coaching purposes and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, emergency, or other licensed professional services.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Application and supported third-party SDKs may use SDKs, cookies, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, security, diagnostics, and service delivery. Where consent is legally required for non-essential tracking technologies, the required consent will be obtained.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, infrastructure, security, and other Application functions. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable contractual obligations.

If you can access the Application, you may also use the account deletion option in the Application's account/profile area.

We may verify account ownership before processing a request. After verification, associated personal data will be deleted, except information required or legally permitted to be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Retained information will be kept only as long as required or permitted by law.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the Application, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
User-provided information is retained while the account is active and as otherwise required or permitted by law.
Automatically collected technical, analytics, and diagnostic information may be retained for periods appropriate to the relevant service and purpose.
Aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies an individual may be retained where legally permitted.
When an account deletion request is completed, associated personal data is deleted unless a lawful retention exception applies.
